Working on a major application replacement initiative. The primary objective is to improve the internal user, supplier and customer experience as well as significantly reduce the time to market by introducing several new systems and applications into RS Group's landscape. Worked on an IBM Integration Bus (IIB) to IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) migration project. Responsible for the ACE and related Software Installation and Configuration using DevOps Automation tools like build and deployment pipelines. Implemented IIB code conversion and verification scripts.

Worked on an IBM WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) to IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) migration project. Responsible for planning and implementing Migration Technical activities, defining the hardware requirements, migration project scope and phases.

INTEGRATION ARCHITECT & DEVELOPER, PRICEFX INTEGRATION EXPERT at EUROMASTER (MICHELIN), LAVENDEL CONSULTING

Project target was to Integrate Euromaster’s products and sales information in PriceFx BI platform, making it available to hundreds of employees on a daily basis. Multiple Apache Camel routes were implemented to import data from distinct data sources and merge it into canonical data format.

INTEGRATION ARCHITECT & DEVELOPER, PRICEFX INTEGRATION EXPERT at VIDAXL, LAVENDEL CONSULTING

During this short vidaXL POC project eight custom Apache Camel based Interfaces (routes) were implemented to demonstrate PriceFx and Integration Platform capabilities. This includes data import from Google Cloud Storage into PriceFx platform as well as pricing data export from PriceFx to Google Cloud Storage. The solution demonstrates data mapping and filtering capabilities.

I am responsible for Integration Solution Design, working closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Developers. This includes preparing Integration High Level Designs, Service Specifications, Mapping Documents, Data Models, etc.

My primary responsibilities were to ensure smooth migration of existing Integration Interfaces onto new Platform. This includes not only code migration, but development of Platform-specific changes to align with common Architectural Design.

Responsible for integration solution based on IBM WebSphere Message Broker and Progress Sonic software. This will allow smooth and save, standards based message driven communication between distinct systems used by DNB bank.

Leading company’s ERP system design and development. Concept, technical design and implementation using latest and hottest web technologies including Ajax and XML. System is used to handle purchase and sales invoices, credit notes, cmrs, customer visits/calls etc.

Responsible for IBM WebSphere product family technical support covering all Baltic countries. Providing technical expertise to IBM software product customers and business partners.

Analysis and development of J2EE application including DAO, Controllers, Services and UI. Created and performed JUnit tests. Evaluated and proposed solutions to different kinds of software development problems including data access optimization, component reuse.

IT SYSTEM ANALYST at GNT LATVIA (CURRENTLY ALSO GROUP)

Participated in requirement analysis and formalization of most company’s IT projects. Prepared all the necessary documentation to be passed to development team located in Finland and Lithuania. Performed a single contact role in most projects between company and development team. Participated in several projects as the only software architect and developer or as a team member.

TEAM LEAD, PROGRAMMER-ANALYST at DIGITAL LATVIAN RADIO AND TELEVISION CENTER (DLRTC)

Introducing Digital Television (DTV) in Latvia. Major goal of the project was to test latest interactive Java application development technologies and implement as much as possible different kinds of demos. Most applications were targeted to GUI development, to show potential customers technology benefits. Java games (Sokoban, Lines etc.) and different GUI demos were developed.

Educational portal and language course catalogue. Project target audience is western European students wishing to study foreign languages abroad.
